temperature control made easy for pretty much any machine... I've been considering it for my Silvia for about a year now and not done it yet...![]()
Wow now this post is something different,
what a great mob of connoisseurs. From all over.
For those interested, and that pm'd me when i do the replies i''' let you know what I am up to and can organise.
As far as the local scene goes, I am not a major player, we just have a wide circle of friends and word of mouth goes a long way. We are happy doing it that way.
As small as the local market is, it is still cut-throat.
Roasters advertise as roasters but won't roast if you don't sell to them, others won't roast if you plan on selling, just in case you sell against them. The list goes on.
Anyway back to the topic,
Echidna has some interesting points on the new machines, adjustable temperatures, personally I would love one of the machines we came across when we were in italy 18 months ago ( didn't get the names, let alone hte operating temp) the temp was low, so you didn;'t get a mouth scarring on the first sip. As you do in some places here.
