    OEM=original equipment manufacturer.

    Means the same to me as it does to everyone else.

    If it is OEM, they have to tag the car to what it is load rated with as I pointed out before and only on that tag can they say with these wheels you can carry this load and with those you can carry that load.

    Also an assumption is not an honest point it is an assumption and thats all it is.

    Read my posts and try to understand them before you miss quote me please Stevo.
    Thanks mate, not trying to get a rise here, and yep I do know what OEM means. To many it could mean a hundred different things. My point is that despite whether the tyres are arent illegal/ tint etc this is definately an assumption:

    all they are thinking about is what is in their pants and the fact that they think that is what gets the opposite sex to notice them.
    and hence you may get somebody without your knowledge or expertise who may look at my D3 when all shiny, dark tint, back then 19inch rims and also think the same as the assumption above. So in essence I havent misquoted, I was referring to the assumption as above with my feeble ACA editing, not in respect to tyre sizes etc. Hope that clarifies things,
