    not exactly local i know. however, here are a few pics of my 'summer' holiday to iceland. i hope you enjoy.

    Thanks for the pics. Nice looking country and totally different to anything I have been in.

    Just wondering, do you know if global warming is changing that part of the world?

    They're trying to tell us here on Australia that the world is melting.

    If so I will have beach front views sometime from my place and mud crabs will be on the menu every day .

    you can get a ferry from the top of scotland (scrabster) to iceland via the faroe isles. the company name is smyril-line and they are a faroe isles company. they do the whole north atlantic, also going to norway and denmark.
