Should have done the job properly and taken out Bushy and his lap dog Howard. Oops did I say that out loud, might be interpreted as inciting terrorism.
No such thing as freedom of speech or movement any more.
With the amount of bored snipers on the roof tops of buildings, police every 10 metres, a custom built wall around the city which has the ability to keep the rabbits in and out, F18 flybys, polair and other heliclop clops hovering all bloody day and night plus the fact there are so many satellites focused on Sydney you can operate a GPS in the city underground at the moment. They are bloody idiots, and they are very lucky they are still alive. I commend them on getting that far, for what it's worth I hope they get a special hollow logie for it, that way they have somewhere to store the lube which is used for their comfort when their new cellmates get a bit friendly.

As they got that close with all the security it begs the question who will get their ass kicked and Howard must be a touch embassered as well.
I found it hilarious.
The fact that security let them in. They had no passes. Only black cars with flags on the bonnet and fake security.
Maybe they should have less security and use the saved money to get more intelligent guards.
Did anyone see the whole show last night. One of them dressed up as an APEC security guard and stopped and searched people. Not just in Sydney either. I was killing myself with laughter![]()
I also find it very very funny the only reason the police are so snarly about it is because its big egg on face for them

I love it, the security is getting rediculous, and they are proving that australians in general think its a joke :P
still laughing....

THE NSW Director of Public Prosecutions has dropped all charges against ABC TV's The Chaser.
The satirical comedy team had been charged over a controversial security breach during last year's APEC summit in Sydney.
The charges against Morrow, Licciardello, Nathan Earl, Giles Hardie, Lauren Howard, Geoffrey Lye, Alexander Morrow, Benson Simpson, Esteban Alegria, Mark Kordi and Rodrigo Pena will be formally withdrawn tomorrow.
The stunt was voted Best Television Moment at the MTV Australia awards on Saturday night.

no one would have cared if they hadnt gotten into the section where GWB was staying. They were 150m from his hotel. If it had been in any other section nothing would have been done, they would have been asked to leave and escorted out. When they did it all the news reports emphasised the fact that they were so close to GW's hotel. and it was also emphasised that full charges would be laid to make an example of them.

..no mention either of senior 'organisers' directing staff on the ground NOT to interfere with the progress of the convoys - we can't have guests being late for lunch can we. If you don't let the checkers check WTF do you think is going to happen![]()
GWB went to the UN with a new and special form of logic - 'Just because we can't proove that they aren't going to do something does not mean that we should'nt do anything about it.'
He did this what many consider to be oil. Seen the price of the stuff recently?
Australia secured the APEC meeting; they spent millions, passed special laws and all for much the same reason. FUD - Fear Uncertainty and Doubt.
Then, three aussies drove not just one truck through the middle - but three!
That sounds like one of the most Australian things that could ever be done.
Kinda makes me think I should ask for my tax back.
p.s. I'm not for or against anything here or anywhere else. I just think the news report I saw that used the above quote and point of view was very interesting!
