There's one car in there I'd like to have: Fiat Abarth 1300 Scorpione Lombardi.

Would match my X1/9 very nicely.

(I'd have the Europa, too, but a mate has one it's a rolling nutcase - ahhh, the eccentricities of Colin Chapman).

    Grimace, geez.....

just turn them upside down and they'll be fine

The NRMA callout on this place would be funny...:

"Hello NRMA, the cars have got a flat tyre and a flat battery."

"Cars? How many cars do you have, sir?"

    "About a hundred"......

    Barnfinds in Portugal...WOW!!

    G'day,

    Check this out !!!http://www.intuh.net/barnfinds/index.htm

A New York man retired. He wanted to use his retirment money wisely, so it would last, and decided to buy a home and a few acres in Portugal. The modest farmhouse had been vacant for 15 years. (The owner and wife both had died, and there were no heirs.) The house was sold to pay taxes. There had been several lookers, but the large barn had steel doors and they had been welded shut. Nobody want to go to the extra expense to see what was in the barn and it wasn't complimentary to the property anyway... so nobody made an offer on the place.

The New York guy bought it at just over half of the property's worth, moved in, and set about to tear in to the barn... curiosity was killing him.

So, he and his wife bought a generator and a couple of grinders... and cut thru the welds.

    What was in the barn.............?

    Cheerio.

I have just moved jobs and am now working in a building on North Quay in Brisbane....The owner of this building has over 20 old cars covered in dust stored in the bowels of the carpark....and it reminds me of the barn yard story. YEs...I know it is worthless without pics, so I will bring my camera to work on Monday. There are old porsche 911's, fiats, aston martins, austin Healeys...just amazing.

    Cheers
