Smile Diet is die with a T

Since my little escapade to hospital with heart dramas I have been on a high protien no carb diet, when I was IN hospital I tickled the scales at 243 kilo, its been a few weeks and I have come down to 220 kilo, now I cant steer the AU with my guts anymore, bugger it! have to use my hands now!, My only goal for this year is too lose another 20 kilo by xmas, then lose the rest in the new year. Carbs are the killer , give spuds, bread, rice and pasta the flick and watch the results. Beer is not really a carb, no smart arsed comments on the beer bit please!

Keep up the good work Andy, maybe we should do an AULRO weight loss thread to go with the now lost in space give up smoking thread lol.

I hate dieting but you really have to watch what you eat when your on these heart tablets, the ones Im on stop my heart rate increasing so I have a lot of trouble with excersize but I have only put on 5 kgs in the 14 months Ive been on them so Im not doing too bad.

I cant wait until I can do the walk behind mowers again, it's like being paid to go to the gym, 8kms in 2 and a bit hrs back and forth across the greens.

    Get into them lo-carb beers.
Mate at the homebrew shop put me onto the lo-carb sugar and dry enzyme to make lo-carb homebrew.
Me work trousers are definately loose around the waiste need to look at a belt since the change over, the beer is better, doesnt bloat anywhere near as mutch, alchahol level is the same.
The mate at the homebrew shop tells me of his mate, drinks 2 cartons a week, plus whatever at the pub.The bloke is BIG.His Doc got him onto drinking lo-carb beer only,no diet change YET.This guy is dropping 5kg a week!!!!!
    GOODLUCK!!!!

I got new shorts for my birthday before my parents went to Darwin, I wore them twice, adjusted the drawstring 3 times and give them 2 weeks and I will have to chuck em out, I will post a pic later when the shorts will drop unaided off course, I dont read news papers!, I already have onenew pair of trousers worn twice, cant wear at all now.
