Why not tune it yourself?

Get yourself a SWR meter and follow the instructions.

27MHz SWR meters are so cheap on eBay there's no sense paying someone to do it. It's the UHF meters that are expensive (Though most aerials for UHF are pre-tuned anyway).

Hey Utemad, I may need to take you up on that offer as the ones on Ebay seem to be more $$$ than what I would have thought to cost for someone to do it. (unless I'm looking at the wrong type)
