    Thanx for the advice troops

    I got a lot out of every ones comments and thoughts, your a great lot, I guess my ailments are quiet common I thought I was in a minority, I have the determination to see it through as long as I dont pick up a stroke along the way I will be happy, thanx for the tips on lo carb beer brewing I will be up this shortly so I can get my xmas batch ready, Thanx again people.
