    Why no-go? Do you think the one-side-to-the-other effect is too much like a Defender dash?

    For the full Defender effect, perhaps the screen could show old coke cans, WD40, bolts, loose coins etc?

    The options list doesnt have the special squeegee
    needed to wipe the screen after hosing the car out,,

    that's the way to make the froads safer, put even more **** on the dashbnoard to distract you. as if it isn't bad enough having to watch your speedo every second to make sure you are not 1km/h over the speed limit so you don't get speed-camera-ed.
    as far as switches go, you need lights, wipers and volume. guages= speedo, tacho (inside the car, not bonnet mounted), temp, fuel and oil pressure, the rest is useless bling
