    No more Maxi

Mal has to go into hospital for a shoulder op in Nov,.
He has been told to give up the hard work and retire
or risk losing the use of both his arms !
He has been trying to sell the business for the last two
    years.
If it hasn't sold in the next 6 weeks he is closing down
altogether and will not be returning to work !
What stock he has left now is being sold and nothing
    new produced
Iv'e been lucky to get an order in for some 24 spline rear axles for my Disco. I am fitting an ARB air locker when all of the bits are assembled.
You had better order now if you need anything.
Not good news but we wish him well.
    Cheers, I think.

Anyone got a spare couple of millions and we can move the manufacturing off-shore and really get the business flying?

Its been for sale for a long time now and it would be sad to see it close..

I'm not real business savvy but is his price to high or is it just nobody wants that style of business..

I could operate the machines he uses but unfortunately i am lucky to have $7.50 to my name let alone $750k.
