    I think enough of us know the crook back syndrome.
    Mine sucks.
    Down the left side, doctor says I am "almost" as powerful as a woman my size. I'm 5 foot 6 and weigh less than 65 kilo's, but, I used to lift over 150.
    Not any more. Busted backs are not good.
