Nawww Baz, I dont. Our County is a nice poo-brown. Heh, we were not in yer area! We actually were scouting out around Sawpit Rd and the like, Mandalong way.
You prolly drove past our house though! Must start keeping an eye out.
If you're ever around on the weekend again, watch out for the county and a yellow rocky. If Matt or I are out, it'll be in one or the other (or both together if his work's being nice).
Great pics PCH, The Flinders is on our list of places to visit.
What tyres are you running? I think my next set will be more aggressive than the BFG A/T's although I've run up 70K on them now and look like another 20.
Fixed the washing machine today, forgot to take my warfaren tablets again, shaved the dog and muffed it! oh well shes only small knowone will notice
Richard, These are Cooper STT's in the 17". If I had a chance to try out BFG MT's in 17" I'd go with them next time round. The Cooper STT's are starting to chip (but not as bad as the ST's that I had) and the lugs are beginning to crack. I've only done about 10-15K Km on them as I put them on for 4WD trips only. So I think they will only last maybe 25K Km before they need replacing.
WhiteD3, No I don't have the Long Ranger tank. I haven't had the need for it yet however there might be a time when we get out and do a big outback trip which might require the extra fuel.

On 30th. September I went from Winton down the Boulia Road and then down the Diamantina River to Conn Hole, where we scattered a rellie's ashes in accordance with her wishes. The flies at Conn Hole were bloody awful. We did not pass another vehicle, and were not passed by another vehicle either leg of the drive. Had a short run down the Cork Mail Road which is in terrible corrugated condition, and down the Diamantina River road towards Carisbrooke which is not a bad bit of Western Qld. dirt.
