Went down to Gnomesville yesterday and decided to have a look at the Wellington dam overflow so after leaving there we went past Sika Road, the challenge was too great so we turned round and did that then decided that was fun so home via Harvey......................

Spent yesterday and most of today down at a mates place near Tarago (just down the road from where that other mob hold the Willowglen 4x4 challenge) spent the day watching gale force westerlies stripping soil from the farms around us, it has been blowing for the last few days down there.

Sika Road.......... was the mother of all challenges around Wellington Weir, nowadays since I believe Trackcare "fixed" it, it is very tame except for a clay/mud section near the top which is where we got our mud from.
Didn't go all round Harvey so I can't say how the mud generally is, however a couple of the very challenging tracks have had trees felled across them to stop 4wd activity and one of the main tracks ( a gazetted road I think) has had "Road closed " signs either side of a bad (?) section.
