The only down side I can see is that on the 2002 model there was no CDL mechanism in the transfer case - so to get CDL you have to get a new TC or modify the existing one with a different front housing

If ypu plan to do any off road work with the vehicle, make sure it has the Centre Diff Lock (CDL) spiggot on the transfer case. If it doesn't, it'll cost more bucks to upgrade.Quote:

on its (at least) second set of tyres,,,
lots of these travel fraser without cdl and have no problems,,
cons? hmmm,,, dunno, I certainly havent found many,,
there are certain procedures you need to remember,,
make sure you get BOTH keys, and the tags that go with them,, replace the blip batteries, beware of Amcal chemists,
