Just a thankyou to the Land Rover Dealer at Alice Springs, who recently gave me great service, with a smile. They gave me prompt service, good advice, reasonable rates and they went the extra yard for me on an issue. I thoroughly recommend them to any Land Rover owner.
Makes a change from having a whinge about dealers eh?

There seems to be plenty of good expert service for Land Rovers but not usually from the dealers. The main agents in my part of Western Australia are the worst car dealer I have ever encountered, here or in Europe.

I was always very happy with the service provided by the Kalgoorlie dealership - pity they have packed up and gone. Not too happy with Barbagallo about this.

Yes there are rumours around that LRA closed the country dealers because Barbagallo didn't like losing sales to them. They lost mine as I got a good discount when I went through the dealer at Esperance some years ago. Barbagallo wouldn't even consider bargaining!
Now if you want to buy a vehicle it's travel to them and if you breakdown........... it's a long wait!
