    Question Anyone know a Truck Driver - Adelaide to Queensland???

    G'day guys,

    It looks like I have a buyer for my metalwork workshop equipment but they are in Queensland (11kms from Emerald) and the machinery is in SA (Lonsdale)

    I am hoping that someone might be or know a Truck Driver who is able to give a reasonable quote??? perhaps someone who needs a back-load???

    Thought it couldn't hurt to ask

    I tried Young & Land down here... they quoted me over $8,500 for a standard 45 foot Taught liner!!! A bit pricey for me!

    the problem is no matter who you try the northbound journey is always expensive because most freight travels from vic sa to qld,i have used young and land to vic and it was very cheap!
