Not wanting to make anyone jealous, but my wife and I are taking our two girls 8 & 10 to disneyland in LA. It's something we have always wanted to do and I have not been O/S for about twenty years and my wife has never been out of Australia. Costing more than I wanted to spend on a holiday but with the dollar so strong if we don't do it now may never be able to afford it.
I think we will be there around the 3rd of Jan for 8 or ten days. My wife has made all the arrangements and I have not taken much notice. We may be able to catch up for a beer or two.Quote:

I refuse to go away at Christmas and Easter. too many terrorists towing vans on the highways; crowds, crowds, everywhere; and, of course, the grossly inflated prices. Why do you think a Brisbane newspaper christened the Town of South Coast the "Gold Coast". The coasters were so crass they didn't see the sarcasm and took it seriously enough to name the place that.
