    The Bra Boys

    I watched The Bra Boys at the weekend.

    Since the film was about them and made by them it was all produced and put together to show them in as positive a light as possible. Even I was thinking "They ain't a bad bunch really" half way through.

    However, it was just one clip in the whole of the programme which made me lose any respect I had for them. Towards the end of the film there is a montage of their road trip and where they've been surfing etc. Within that montage there is a clip where they smash through a locked gate in their fourby just to get to a beach.

    The whole film's efforts to get the Bra Boys over as just being misunderstood (but law abiding) individuals evaporated as quickly as the gate was torn off it's hinges. while they were laughing at what they did.

    Naturally, it wasn't my gate but I was annoyed because this is the kind behaviour which reflacts badly on anyone with a 4WD (not just the Hoons that cause the damage) and it's in a film for all to see.

    Meh!

    I started to watch the Bra Boys doco and turned it off. I just couldn't get into it. It was as boring as they come I reckon.

    Sadly these urban hoons who dwell in the scrub do this sort of thing with very few brains in there heads, its no different to these older boys who ride little peewee bikes made of r5 year olds on school ovals and proceed to rip them up and annoy dogs and other oval users,

    People who willing destroy trees while winching or just running over the saplings rather then going around, not sticking to existing trails and excessively destroying what trails there are with erratic driving behaviour.

    Idiot who spot light on crown land, trail bike riders, and rallye experts who mangle mums datto in the forests, these people are everywhere and really need to ridiculed by the fair dinkum lovers of the outdoors who respect the surroundings, people like this really cast a cloud on the group over all,

    I think I am in civilisation but I have never heard of them.

    and it reads as rubbish and not worth a look.
