Yes I know, but I didn't vote for either. All I say is that religion and politics DON'T MIX, plus I find that many political leader with strong religious views are obscured and hypocritical to say the least.

As I posted in another thread, we will have this Govt for at least 6 yrs. Their majority and the issues that caused it will not evaporate in 3. The Libs may regain ground next time but won't win IMHO.

What worry's me is that with the greens actually getting a sizable chunk of votes for labour, what kind of pay back (nat park closure's) will they want.

Being one of the faithful, I was concerned about work choices and knew that it would be a killer. I am a blue collar worker mind you. I just wanted the best economic managers in charge, which I believed Costello and Howard to be. In one sense i am glad that labor will make work choices more worker friendly. One good thing is the libs now will distance themselves from AWAs and such and never go down that road again for a long long time. And hopefully Rudd will be a one termer, when the swing voters come to their senses

I forgot about the greens. Do you think they used all the unused how to vote cards to roll up big fat spliffs on election night???
