yes ofcourse it's alright ,bring your wife and 3 year old,noone else is bringing kids, just yourself.. jut a word of caution, i 've got 2 kelpie dogs and 3 year old might get a little bit stumped from my kelpies, they're very friendly with people though , i hope your wife is not scared of dogs either...Quote:

Go on mate tell us what Adanna is I'll add is its a form of BBQ from a place of where it originated in a place Called Adanna in Turkey he is champion for inviting as all over Xmas and even more so for knowing how to make it as I dont and Im of Turkish Origan First Gen Aus Born

as RoverNT says Adanna is an actual place in Turkey , now the recepie varies from various different parts of Turkey to Iran ( which is my place of Birth ) to Afghanistan etc.
Now there is a couple of things that might be off interest to you ...
Kebab Koobideh = Mince Lamb Kebab on scewer
Kebab Barg = tenderised Lamb on Scewer
Joojeh Kebab = marrinated chicken on thin scewer.
all this is served with rice and I also BBQ tomatos on Scewer , it's also another tradition with the adanan kebabs. goes well with the kebabs and rice.
