Naa, Diana's out a few years, it actually does date back to the ancient Greek games at Olympia and all of us that used it did it in the nuddy ;)

The problem is that "Forum" is a Roman word not a Greek one.

Actually averting one's gaze was not a problem for women at the ancient olympiad. There were seperate gates for men and women and the woman's gate was locked, so no women got the see the boys playing pass the parcel or whatever.

I think that there are still a few places like that in Oxford Street! :wasntme:
