Was a little reluctant to respond - but I feel for you all.

I am also a Emergency Services worker (Career & Volunteer) - been to many debriefs and I hear what your saying there is always the experts after the event.

One thing which I suspect is currently going through your head is the saying " WHAT IF" - but you know yourself grain silos are a major hazard especially for rescue work.

One thing I always keep in my mind - You did your best and always be safe.
