How can you argue with this answer?

    Great Answer from Florida Sheriff!!!

Florida's got it right. Bravo for Sheriff Judd!!!
    A good answer.

As reported earlier this week, some dirtbag who got pulled over in a routine
traffic stop in Florida ended up 'executing' the deputy who stopped him The
deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range.
Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed. A statewide manhunt
ensued. The low-life was found hiding in a wooded area with his gun. SWAT team
officers fired and hi t the guy 68 times.

    Now here's the kicker:

Naturally, the media asked why they shot him 68 times. Polk County Sheriff
Grady Judd, told the Orlando Sentinel - 'That's all the bullets we had!!'

A bit like one I heard of from our people in Singapore about twenty years ago. Seems a policeman attended a "domestic" in Singapore, and got shot for his pains. The suspect disappeared, but was reported six months later as having a new identity and breakfasting regularly at a particular eatery. One morning he was approached by a plain clothes policeman, who said later that when he showed a police badge the suspect reached for his pocket - whereupon the policeman drew his gun - and every other customer plus two temporary staff in shop produced a gun, mostly Uzis, and opened fire on the suspect. All the customers plus the temporary staff were police - it was a setup. The suspect was unarmed, and the police did not even bother to plant a gun on him. He ended up with a lot more than 68 holes in him.

    American gun obsession

I am waiting for the Americans gun lobby to say if everyone in the Nebraska Mall shooting tradegy had guns they mad suicide gun man couldn't have been able to shoot 9 people dead in the first place.

Funnily they don't explain how people in American under current gun laws can tote weapons didn't have anyone in the mall with a gun to take this guy on. Nor do they explain if the law didn't allow people to carry guns he wouldn't have one to kill people in the first place.

I love their response on outlawing guns seeing millions of guns in circualtion any law would be useless as illegal weapons would always be available. Why don't they use same logic when it comes to illicit drugs and stop locking up drug dealers and users and filling prisons.

Very few people have the right to carry concealed weapons. The same reason why pickups in the US have gun racks in the back window. This puts the guns on display, otherwise they are carrying a concealed weapon.

The weirdest place is the Philipines, modelling their constitution on the US one they put the right to bare arms in their Bill of Rights/Constitution. Then filipinos take the right to it's extreme. You sometimes see them dressed like cowboys with holsters and when I was there in 1990 they couldn't even stop them walking into a bank with their side arms. Security guards on the hotel where I stayed and outside banks carried sub machine guns.

Because neither their Constitution, Constitutional Amendments or Bill of Rights mentions the right to bare arms and inject them with drugs.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
