Among these are a 1935 Auburn boat tail roadster with supercharged straight 8, in 1957 unsaleable and dumped, now worth $200,000 plus as is; 1936 Chrysler C8 9 seat mourner's coach, 2 1/2 tons, 21' long, side valve straight 8, couldn't it use fuel; 1953 Ferrari 212 Export, unreliable, maintenance heavy, but a real hoot when all together and going well; 1959 Corvette, the Ferrari's replacement, stone reliable, easy to maintain, a rocket ship and chick magnet, had wrong engine and trans, a 327 and Saginaw in lieu of the original 283 and three speed; Holden EH ex-taxi Showroom Stock race car, QRDC had this class for two seasons at Lowood mid-late sixties in list price classes, my stock EH would pull 6200rpm; Holden HT GTS350, much modified, 370BHP at flywheel on Johnny Roberts Dyno; 1970 Dodge Challenger convertible, Hemi 426 and four speed.
