Violence is down. In my teens it was common for you to be boxed in by 2 to 4 cars at the lights. Guys with baseball bats would jump out and attack your car. If you were silly enough to get out then they would lay into you.

I also had a few times of playing chicken with people I would not help at all. After being deliberatly run off the road you know what is comming and as long as you have more metal than them we would not yeild full stop. This at least taught them to back off so we could drive normaly.

These days I just see stupidity and the you won't hit me attitude out there.
