Who's your club?
I am yet to join a 4x4 club. I've been thinking about it for a while but haven't done it...
I'm interested to know what clubs everyone is a member of (is everyone a member of Land Rover Club of ..., Range Rover Club of ..., or a non-vehicle-make-specific club).
I was going to join the RRCV, but i notice their online chat/communication is virtually non-existant.
Although i'm talking about Vic clubs, don't feel left out if your from other parts of Australia. Tell us about your 4x4 club...

LROCV - not been on many club trips but we would like to change that. Done driver training through the club which was invaluable for the Girlie and I, and done some volunteer stuff after the last big fires.
As with all clubs, you have a mix of people. The LROCV have lots of knockers, but personally I don't think there is much they could do better.

I'm a member of LROCV. The club is large enough with many cliques. The benefit I suppose is that you'll get to know what type of trip you'll have dependant on the leader or organiser of the trip. My first easy trip I got stuck and did a little bit of plastic damage but to another leader, you'll be lucky to get into low range on their easy trip. We partake in important work such as fire and flood relief (CERT) as well as contribute to major events like the Red Cross Murray River Marathon.
Best to look at the site and have a read Land Rover Owners' Club of Victoria
I find it very worthwhile and as I said, contribute and participate to a level you are comfortable with - a benefit of a large club.
