Tony, I wasnt having a go at your son. I actually enjoyed the trip report & vid. My reference to P platers was the ones hooing around in rice burners & flogging cars & dumping them out on the yarwal tracks.

I knew what I meant to say & on re reading it, it does appear bombastic. I've seen plenty of dads teaching their sons driving out there. I use to take my nef out there & taught him offroading & other bush skills etc. Its a great place for it.

So I apologise unresevedly for posting a post that may have been read & interpreted in a fashion is which it was not meant. If only more kids got the guidance you gave to yours then perhaps we could all do more off roading in our chosen spots - rather than clean up days.

I am in Brisbane nowdays and am very saddened today to read of the lock up - if it is happening. Its a shame.

And he doesn't have half the toys fitted that my monster does.
