I have to shave daily for work - they now think I clean shave in the early am & sprout the growth on the way there. They dont ask me to shave no more cause I turn up uniform every day. works for me.

SWMBO gave me a battery type clipper for xmas. It's handier than the cumbersome old breville I've been using for years as long as it hasn't been let go too long. It even has a small fitting for nostrils (sigh) and ears (sigh again).

Would be good for what Rick had in mind too I'd reckon

    OOh too much info Pat,
had a haircut the other day by a local barber and got the string treatment, I can recommend it to you, i guess its like having your face waxed ( not that I have had that done before) except they use cotton that plucks it out, ears, face, nose the lot. even got the mou trimmed
strange sensation! must be a local thing as they are all pretty hairy over here, except for the face

Never had a beard, never got closer than a week of growth and couldn't stand it. Looked awful, too.

No chance now, nothing worse than grey in the stubble, one step further and I'm drinking out of a paper bag.

    Cheers

I can't stand more than a few mm of growth, then I have to shave it as it gets too itchy.

I do however sport a permanent mo, which has so far avoided the razor, so it's nice and smooth.
