Saying goodbye to an old friend is always hard, I am sorry for your loss, I had this last year with my old boy, we had him cremated and he sits in his urn watching over us, when I go in the box he comes with me that is my only requirement for when I go

Sorry to hear it. Mick. One certainly gets attached to them - I know I did and I sobbed when my Lab was put down in 2007. I don't get emotional about people.

I've got tears in my eyes right now after reading the other posts.

Really sorry to hear that Mick. They are a massive friend for a little critter.
When my old bloke died, I turned his favourite rabbit warren into his grave.
Ten years on and I get a good feeling, thinking of the curry he is giving them rabbits.
Is Honey at home, or a pet cemetery?
