Cheapest price for an ARB Locker

Who has the best deal going on ARB lockers in Australia?
I am in New Zealand and want to buy a locker or perhaps even both front and rear lockers for my Land Rover Discovery.
Looked on here and seen people mention prices in the A$1150 dollar range (NZ$1310.00).
Are they really that expensive in Australia? Am I better off buying these in the US? Cheapest I found so far is US$769.00 (NZ$993.00)
Both of these costs might be reduced once GST and US sales tax are taken off. I'll need to pay NZ GST once landed here. Shipping cost ex Australia would be cheaper than ex US.
One would think they would be cheaper in Oz as this is where they are made.
Could anyone confirm current Australian price please and perhaps send me in the right direction to the dealers website/contact details.
Need a standard 24 spline locker for the front and a Salisbury locker for the rear.
    Thanks

Mate, the us is the answer for the cheapest way to go.
Unless you can get them for around $900AUS...

It was exspecially good when the AUS dollar got to around 94US Cents but its has dropped again

p.s. the banjo 24spline ARB airlocker (RD56???) has now been replaced with a new style (RD128???) it has a revised o ring seal and afew other small mods that have improved it reliability.
I do not think there is a new style for the rear salisbury diff as of this moment.

Thank you for that information Grimace.
I did not know there was a new model out. Will have to look into this some more.
Our dollar has dropped too and only got to around US$0.80 but it is still pretty good at US$0.77 (still lagging way behind your US$0.88 at the moment) so I want to take advantage of this and get me some lockers.

    Cheers

I bought my rear in the US, and will buy the front there too. My rear cost U$698 when the A$ was 1.1:1, but now the best price I can find for the front is U$760 and the rate has dropped a little too. Shipping to Aus is around U$130 from Rovertracks, who also does axles and CV's which might be a good investment at the same time, and would lessen the shipping impact!

Nearly all US prices are quoted exclusive of sales tax, as it only gets added if you buy from within the same state as the vendor. So for export you're safe, and for mail order typically means for high value items you find a vendor who is out of state, as USPS and UPS ground shipping is ridiculously cheap if you're not in a rush.

RD128 lockers are $775US plus shipping. Thats the best price on the new style I have come across to date. Best price I ever got on the old style was $679US and that was about 8 months ago the only reason I didn't get them then and there was becuase I was made aware of the new style and the service was abit lacking (also the AUS dollar was not great, to me great is above US90cents, hence why as soon as it hit 90 I got my longfields .
