    Why oh why

    G'Day All,

Why is all the good stuff I want/need for our cars is always in Qld?

We are Looking for a good 2nd hand canopy for my wife's Ra Rodeo, but all we can find are units in Qld or WA........

Rodeo Canopy, styleside canopy, ute canopy - eBay, 4x4 Accessories, Car Accessories, Tuning, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 03-Jan-08 21:19:38 AEDST)

So of course the big issue is picking up the thing, not the kind of thing someone can pickup for us and "wak in the ute" and get it closer to Vic.......... But not worth trying to get prices for a carrier to bring down.....might as well buy a new one......

Quite often you can get good backloading rates from QLD.
If you want it, buy it and I'll pick it up for you.
I have a 7x4 trailer and can deliver it to a carrier, or hang on to it until you can arrange transport

    Why?

Because I'm a nice guy ... actually I'm retired and have time on my hands and a shed

Mt Ommaney is just over the back.

    Cheers

seems to me that this would be the smart time for all the mexicans to buy stuff from brissy and the like...

theres going to be HOW many landrovers heading down to cooma?

I was planning on canning my trailer for the run as disco steve has agreed to lug firewood BUT If enough gear can be organised for delivery to cooma theres no reason the trailer cant be hooked up again.

all Id ask is a few $$$ to help cover fuel.

    Good point. Mass delivery time!
Steve and I have talked about the wood and we plan to load the trailer as much as we can and I will lug it to save on the V8 fuel bill.

how big is a mazda capella.

a suzuki sierra or swift fits on but that about it.

failing that providing you can arrange what you need, a one way car trailer hire and agree to pay 50% of the fuel burn to get the thing to sydney Big reds tow ball is yours to sling a trailer to.
