Mine also had the full covered wheel caps.
What is the difference with the D Super?
Door Handles. :D

That is what mine had, most DS had the flush lift ones.

You may laugh at the Lada, but I was working in various parts of Russia in the 90,s and the Special forces guys inc KGB and now FSK have a very modified version of the Lada we know. When it comes to military spec stuff the Ruskies can build some great gear. Will try and drag up a photo.

My choice, one of the above or a late 80,s - 90,s G wagon.

Mine is a DSpeciale, with lift up handles. These were introduced about 1970 but the push button handles remained on the bottom models for a few years. All earlier DS back to 1955 had the push button handles.

Hi John,

The only D Super I have ever seen in AU was mine.
The only ones I've seen here are the Speciale's :)
I bought it off a guy who brought it with him from PNG.

Being RHD, it was obviously made in England, just as he was :-)
