    Hi from Darwin

HI guys gals well i made it up north to Darwin safe and sound

What a trip 2 days of 42 degree,s and the poor rodeo was over heating so i couldnt run the ac , the trans temp oil light kept flashing so i had a trans cooler fitted in the Alice

It took 4 days to drive with a 2.7 ton trailer that was also a wind restriction covered in car trailer

The high lights of the trip almost hit a cow 2 sheep and numerous jumpers (roos) i hit 3 fox,x about 3 birds

A big thanks to bigjon for showing me all the good parts of Alicespings and the pub for a few needed coldies thanks mate ill catch up on the return trip

Well belive me Darwin is a lot cooler than Alicesprings ,its a great place Darwin i realy like it

Any way i fly home on monday and fly back to Darwin the following saturday for the return trip

If you have 1.5 hours stop over in Alice on the way back and it is a weekend, let me know. I will come out to the airport.

Give me the Dry Heat in Alice at 40+ any day over 36 in Darwin at 99% humidity. Eight years in both places.

Hey it is only 32C now, nice and sunny with not a cloud in the sky!! Cooler on Sunday as 242 mm of rain was dumped at the airport early in the morning. Two cars which ignored police warnings and road closed signs and drove through Rapid Creek on Mc Millans road are still "parked' there, a bit wet inside.
Couldn't see you on Sunday as I was removing the air conditioner which er died.
