    Outback Challenge 2008

I have been trying to contact the organisers of the Outback Challenge 2008 about paying for a spectators package for this years events. So far have sent 3 emails and not got a reply yet.

Does anyone on here know if they are doing a spectators package this year?

Their website has the 2008 event details on but have what appears to be an inactive 2007 spectators form.

If anyone could help me with info I would be grateful?

Anyone fancy ringing 03 9725 3806 and asking about spectators package for me?

    Regards

Oh, you're not from these parts

See this is why the Location: field up there is beneficial ^^^

Looks like the event isn't heading over the western parts of Aus

i took my boys in 03

wanting to see the great event only to spend most of the driving from event to event

and with most of the events in the outback you really only get to see them start and finish.......

the tight run events are sensational

    Thanks Tony et al.

I have been making a few enquiries in the UK with people who have been to previous events. Apparently the pre event communication skills of the event organisers are nowhere near as good as their organisational skills in running the challenge events.

So it sounds as things will be ok for me to spectate. You may well appreciate my worries having to ship my 110 out to Australia a couple of months prior to the event.

I am looking forward to spectating at a great challenge event before touring your great country. having seeing those great photos it has just whetted my appetite even more. Yes I realise I will only be scratching the surface of your great country only having 6-8 months to explore it.

    Regards
