looks like fun, but black sticky soil is tough going.

alas I had my disco there (97 300tdi) and never used the low box or diff lock,on the other hand Sean's 110 had no diff loc (broken linkage) and only traction control ,the bog has the same consistancy as tooth paste

Advice, As soon as you leave the black stuff (tarmac), put the Diff lock on, if not the wear in the center diff will increase alot faster than you want. its only a little diff and as soon as the shims wear it can let go quite easy.

looks like some tracks in tassie balfour and others you wernt trying to start a new track for easier going where you ,fast way to get stuck , i managed to get up to the door handles at one stage .which did make getting the shovel of the roof easier.

Mate... I built a killer Discovery... 295kw V8 dual lockers, Maxi drive shafts...

Never busted a CV or shaft and she was driven hard....

But not up for a pee-ing contest either...

If you think that BFG are the ducks nutz then go for it....

IDGAF either way...
