    D3 Dualcab conversion

    Hi Guys
Saw a neat Disco3 conversion in Williams today.
One of those cut off the back jobs.
    Looked pretty good.
Traytop with tradesmans gull wing toolboxes fitted.
Laingely Crewcabs in Perth do them, unfortunately no pics on their website.
Sent a phone pic to a few WA AULROians, perhaps somebody can post from their phone,I havent even drempt of joining mine to the computer yet!!!!!!
Looked so much better than them 100 Series cutoffs!!!
RichardK,Jik22,Phil633,Jamo,Graz and Ken got a pic.
If anybody can post the pic PM your mobile no and I will send it.

    Look's cool!

A few of the landcruiser trayback conversions here have been falling apart. Don't know if it's because they weren't designed for it or because the cockies like putting enormous bags of seed in the back that weigh more than the GVM!

    SORRY WHITE D3
I spotted it whilst getting into the depot tonite in the crewcab truck.
Best I could do was get the boys to do a Uie for a second look. They wouldnt even stop so I could take a pic, that was taken on the fly from my phone!!! They boys were giving me hell calling me a BEDFORD LOVER!!!,Yep they have all driven decrepid BEDFORD TRUCKS on farms and equate them to Landys.
PLUS there was a carton in the fridge at work and I already caused us to be 1/2 hour late home.
Find Laingelys website and get them to send you a pic,its REAL.
It had Laingleys sticker on the door.I know of the mob as a mate has a Landcruiser ute with extra cab and a 100 Series with the trayback he had converted by the same company.
Its a real pic no photoshop etc!!!

    That's different

The rear over hang has always worried me with all of those sort of conversions, I know how much I used to jam in the tool boxes on my AU tray but at least the D3 has only small boxes that are only at the front so most of the weight should be in there.

It would be deffinatly nicer to drive and travel in and more capable than the equivilent Landcruiser.
