Have you tried your local exhaust shop to see if they can do some custom bending for you?

Any blacksmith or competent boilermaker can do this.

I'd go for a tradesman as suggested by Brian.

My experience with the cheap pipe benders (particularly with that diametre of stock) is that the dies aren't very good and they tend to crush the pipe - even more than usual. An exhaust shop may have a mandrel bend machine but again the success wil depend on the type of pipe you're using and its wall thickness.

    Good luck with it.

Ive been in conversation with the rice boys on base about exhausts as with the proton energy pill I need to clean up the exhaust flow and the intercooler....

for anything over about 60mm they all swear by buying pre bent mandrel sections in the shapes you need then fabricating it up on the vehicle.

the pipe you need for the straights should be available at less that $15/m

As Dave suggests, you can buy doughnut bends or tubend fittings and make a run of tube yourself if you are confident in your fabrication and welding skills. What material, what wall thickness, and what purpose are all relevant.

And 90 mm is 31/2" so good luck. As has been said, go the fabrication route.

Mos of the time they crush pipe due to the pipe being a high carbon steel, if you were using low carbon steel, then its not as bad.
Roll cages are normaly CDS, low carbon...

will ring around the metal shops on monday and see who can do the job for me.
Made a roll cage years ago for my old series (1959) soft top landy out of 3" pipe looked good and bolted it to the chassis
