Thread: 60th Convoy Brisbane

Hi all
have finely got word back from the authorities re the convoy from Brisbane to the Gold Coast on Sunday April 13.
We are looking for numbers roughly at the moment you can P.M. me
Their will be an entry fee per vehicle will advise after Feb 11th most likley around $15. and more info.
Will leave from Eight Mile Plains around 7.00am & travel the M1 to Currumbin.

The meeting point will be near the Busway's car park on Miles Platting Rd at Eight Mile Plains so it is easy to get to from all directions and easy access to the M1 South
It will be 6.00am meeting for a 6.30 start hope to have all vehicles on the road by 7.00am, as we have a 2hr time frame to get to Currumbin.
The idea is to travel in the left hand lane all the way so as not to affect other traffic.
When we arrive at the park the vehicles will be parked until it is time to leave. we have the park to 4.00pm.
You may put up club banners and small tarps for shelter, bring your own food and drinks There is BBQ's in the park. Any thing attached to trees or any thing in the park must be taken down before you leave.
We will give a map before the start.
Numbers before will be helpfull.

We would love to come. Depends if I can get the day off work as to whether I go, and whether Numpty can drive (poor injured fellow he is). Won't know until closer to the day
