We still haven't drunk that last bottle of Grange. As you may recall, we drank one bottle last January on my 60th birthday.

We think we have to keep this bottle to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Medical School in a few years time - or my imminent retirement.

Ahh, less than a month to go before I go on 4.5 months long service leave.

Don't do what I did Ron

Was given a bottle of Grange (can't remember the vintage) a 1948 Grandfather Port and a 1956 Hardy's Show Port on my 21'st B/day.

Had them for ten years just keeping them for that very special occasion and then my house burnt down

    Oh, Rick! What a loss!

    Pity about the house, too!

No, I don't mean to make light of the house fire. That would be devastating even without loss of life.

Because the temperature swings quite a bit around here. Over 40 deg C yesterday.
