    MMM, I was thinking the same yesterday when we were quoted $10,000 per sq m for a building on site. Could make Dawg even richer.

    Yeh Nige is about hes been bitten by the fitness bug rides a mountain bike everywhere from what he tells me
    He is also rebuilding his SP1 Honda atm so hes a busy boy
    Also has a new job as a supervisor for a building company
    I wonder if he has time to drive his fender anymore

    I'm still here you fekkers...lol
    still can't get on too often...like ken says into the fitness bug been doin triathlons for the over 30's and got the half Ironman in May..only doin the 90km bike leg though..lol
    I took the beast out last weekend for a run....otherwise just been maintaining the Deefer....
    I am always chatting to me good mate Ken so if ya need anyhing give me a holla....Andrew are you shire president yet
