    Alternative Uses For Hardtops

In the last six months I have inherited two hardtops off Land Rovers I have purchased.
After advertising them and receiving 'zippo' interest, I began to think of ways I could dispose of them. My only solution, apart from the scrappers, was to give one away to a friend
The other sits out front of my garage awaiting a new owner

It made me wonder where all the unwanted hardtops end up

I know what this guy did with his.

Tommy isn't it strange how times change, in the 1970's you could not find a second hand hard top for love nor money if you wanted to replace a soft top. Now they are being given away.

Bobslandies has a trailer made out of a 107" ute tub and 2 SII hard tops cut and shut so there are 2 backs on the trailer canopy. One at the rear where it should be and the other at the front.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
