Very nice Rig Mick, did you carry out all the restoration yourself/
As the title says,
I thought it might be fun to put up a 'has anyone seen my old truck thread' because we all know that old landys dont die they just get more character.
Mine was sold about five years ago, silly decision.
A series 3 diesel with a series 2 dash setup. Some military bits added by me.

Yep
Swapped the disco rims that it had for the ones you see with Ben who also posts on here. Tracked down a spare wheel holder for the bonnet, changed the barn door for the tailgate, removed hardtop etc. She got painted while she was parked in the exact same spot as the photore did the brakes and swapped a gearbox, found the soft top bits out near Ipswich and pulled out the series three plastic dash and built up a frame to hold a series two centre dash. Seats came out of a gemini and fitted like gloves.
well done cobber .
my old man would love one of them i've been lookin for a while now for one for him
Has anyone else sold a landy that might be still kicking around? Throw some piccys of your ex's up. Someones pride and joy could be your one that got away.
Back to the top from curiosity, anyone seen the old girl?
I got lost in Rozelle a few weeks back by taking a wrong turn, went down a random street, stopped to look at my map and saw my old Rangie over the road, i had sold it to a girl in Vaucluse, so she must have passed it on to someone in Rozelle, 1st time since moving to Sydney that i'd seen one of my old cars....must mean i've been here a while...
Here is Ruby, my old SIII(sort of). She now belongs to Peter (the brother of a very close friend) near Mt Barker, WA. She didn't enjoy living in Perth very much.
I don't suppose anyone knows of what happened to Lottie Landy, she was sold by Pickles after an unfortunate tyre incident on the far south coast.
