Watch them one day, boring into the roundabouts and traffic calming devices in Clayfield/Ascot. Trailing throttle and full understeer, nose down. No idea of what they are driving, music and air on, oblivious.

ULR have reserved all/some of the ULR___ plates from vicroads so it could have been anyone who bought a car from them.
My new defender will have plates ULR288 and its not due until July.
Still, that price is pretty cheap, as I don't think it would cost more that 10K to repair
