    grab a rave CD.

if the alignment dowels arent perfect you can get a bit of a hassle on power/fuel consumption but so long as you get all the alignment marks up straight off first go you can usually get a start on the first pass.

once youve got it fitted up the other hassle can be the actual injector lines, I advise fitting everything up loose getting the pump side tight and backing them off 1/6th of a turn or less and leaving the injector side on but loose by 2 turns or so if you cant easily achieve this then youve got something wrong.

Bleed thoroughly. (you and the fuel system )

Umm, this is in General Chat rather than Technical, so I'm assuming you're not talking about mechanical specifics?

I ordered one from UK and had it installed by a mechanic. It worked out a few hundred more than having the old one rebuilt. I was quoted about $1200 for a rebuild, Ace just had his done, so he'd have a good idea of price.

What is the problem? Not being silly, have you taken it out, etc?
