I used to live just down the road from an english fudge factory.

One day they had an advertisment for (and this is true I kept the paper for years but have lost it now) :

Fudge packers wanted, must be flexible and willing to perform other duties, contact xxxx.

They made nice fudge, you could go on a tour of the factory but I never did for some reason.
