    I wish I owned one.

We only got the 3.9 version out here.

There is a few LSE soft dash Range Rovers here but not seen a factory 4.2 in Aus yet. Some here have had strokers,Tdi 300 and Izusu fitted. They are a nice Rangie. I would like one one for my next build.

    Not on topic..so apologies !

Have you checked with Aussie customs that you will be able to import your car when you arrive ??

What type of visa are coming in with ??

If your emigrating and have permanent residence ..then will be allowed to import your car ..

If you have a temporary residence or 4 year business sponsored visa..they won't let you import a car when you arrive..

I went through this 4 years ago when I came over from UK..I wanted to bring my car with me but no go as I was a temp resident..

There are probably some special ways involving lots of paperwork which will allow you to import your car temporarily until you get permanent residence .....

Hopefully someone with more knowledge on import rules & customs will come along and confirm..rules might of changed since my arrival..

Back on topic...you will be hunted down and might have your 4.2 removed if left overnight without armed guards present..there are a few guys on the forum very handy and swift with the spanners and will have your motor out in no time..

Good luck on your arrival..it's a lovely country and you won't regret leaving old blighty !..

    cheers,
    Richard
