You should go to the ED or a doctor as a precaution and get a tetanus shot. A compression bandage would also help, bandage over wound site, up full length of arm and back down, Will aid the swelling and poison spread. Biggest issue with these types of snakes and their bites is infection. Keep the bite site clean and disinfected (betadine, chlorhexidine or similar). Keep an eye for any tracking of the poison as this can also lead to blood poisoning. Basically if you get a dark line moving back up your blood vessels. If it keeps moving (tracking) straight to a doctor, cause as an infection if it gets back to the heart you can be in all sorts of trouble.
