We have our moments - however all that said, there is not another marque that I would even bother about.

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    Romantic really.

I kinda visualise that too one day, maybe in a Planet of the Apes secuel..

A 101 is heaven and hell . Love and hate .

However it is one of the few things I have bought that I have absolutely no regrets. Even my 80yo mum is supportive when she has wondered what I was doing buying every other landie I have owned.

Stick with it mate. They sure have there limitations but if I could find one that was in good shape I'd still grab it. There is nothing like them. (Thankfully)

I think you are all thinking similar things, but no-one has said it yet, (and it'll cost me if she reads this), but at least for me my landy is a lot like an almost acceptable second woman (or mistress), that I love deeply, she is different to the other one, requires more care, more money, but the rewards are worth it, when I start the TD5 in the morning, and hear that distinctive "rattle", I'm so glad i have her (too)
