NSW PRISONS DONT ISSUE FLAVOURED MILK

This article is from the Courier Mail Tuesday 27 May 2008. I feel there is some unanswered question in this article.

Question 1 Just who are they screwing? Could it be the screws?
    2. 10.285 prisoners - 30.000 condom’s a month
    a. Do they drink a lot of milk?
    b. Do they have a fantastic sex life?
    c. ???
    d. What is the most popular flavour
    3. Do they use them first for flavouring or are they recycled later.

I don't know what to think about that article

That would be right up there with the story where Indians lodged an official complaint about the "regular" condoms being too big for them

30,000 by 10,285, hmm, 2.91 times per month, presuming nil wastage/breakages and it would most likely be with someone of their own gender... hardly what I'd call a "fantastic" sex life.

Interesting. Gives a whole new meaning to "thank you, come again", doesn't it?

Perhaps heat shrink would do the trick then?
