Granted your info (to some) is invaluable and yes people will learn from what you post up but from memory ,I recall you being challenged about validity of your statements which were true and just
Then in the meantime you stated whats the point of posting up about build threads and sharing your knoweledge with others who wish to learn (if they need to ) when others challenge what you say is true (even though what you said was true!)
Now I for one have marvelled at some of the vehicles you have built up for others and yourself no doubt
But one thing I dont understand is when you have something to say and I come along and say the opposite that does not mean you are right or wrong
Thats just your opinion
Even though you can build cars and people learn from what you do does not make you intelligent or right it just means you know how to do something
Im no little petal Im not young or stupid and have lived a life varied and vast crossed swords with many won and lost what couldve been solved maybe in a more simple fashion
But at the end of the day whatever you think is true and just is just a bunch of crap because its only one mans opinion and that does not make him right wrong or in between it just makes him who he is a man with an opinion

I will leave Aulro now and not return as I see nothing to gain from upsetting people and have them question their own beliefs as to how they should spend their time doing whatever it is they like to do

Mate not trying to push you away, but that is the softest retreat ever!

If you have let this get so far under your skin as to feel you have to leave this great site then so be it, but honestly, buy a hammer, build a bridge, get over it... once complete have a big cup of concrete and hard the hmmm can't swear up .

I sure hope you stay, as you have obviously taken this to heart more so than even homo rovercare would have intended you too!

I'm sure any of us can buy a rangie from Ebay for under $2k and rip it to bits and stick it back on ebay as parts for $3k at least... but who has the inclination? only a few...

look at v8 110's - worth 2-3k, compare this to 4BD1 powered versions of the same year and model @ double to triple the price or more!

anyhow, it aint about a popularity contest (which is sort of how I think this thread has ended up appearing to some), it's just people speaking their mind... then degenerating somewhat...

Good point, working for myself at home, I keep in contact with other like mates, and we can give each other a hammering at times in jest but can also have disagreements. Even had one today ( no names mentioned) and he sent me a private skype asking if we were still friends ( half in jest of course), and as I said to him, yeah you have ****ed me off, but that doesnt change the friendship. Hell SWMBO ticks me off at times and visa vie , but as Grimace said, you build a bridge and get over it. What I find astounding is grown men having manties ( a tanty for a man) and throwing in the towel on here, just cause they have had a disagreement with someone else. Man if that were me, I'd be having manties at least twice a week ,
